Ellen Cunnington

Since 1978, Ellen has been a part of the local real estate scene. She and her husband, Walt, formed The Brokers Real Estate and Insurance, and their company has been involved with over 1,500 real estate transactions locally. A new opportunity at Keller Williams Realty has offered the next chapter in her real estate career. Successfully helping families achieve their goals of selling or buying a home with a stress free closing is her goal. Her experience with the process provides her with the skills needed to perform the services needed to keep buyers and sellers comfortable with the many variables that can occur. Smiling faces are important to Ellen and she will go the extra mile to make sure that YOU are happy!!

Ellen is currently serving on the Multiple Listing Service committee of the Champaign County Association of Realtors. Her participation in many of the Association's committees, as well as being past president of the Women's Council of Realtors, keeps her in contact with other Realtors. This working relationship is important to co-operative sales within our Association. She has been a part of numerous community volunteer positions that put her in touch with many different groups of people. She has been PTA president, Cancer Fund Drive Chairman, WILL auctioneer, Junior League 50th Anniversary Chariman, and most recently, a C-U 1-to 1 mentor. Helping her student from the 3rd grade to high school graduation was an outstanding experience. Her education as a Realtor include a designation as a Certified Residential Specialist, Graduate of Realtors Institute, and e-Pro.

Ellen enjoys spending time with her grandchildren and playing golf. She keeps in shape with regular visits to the gym. She grew up in St. Louis, Mo., but has always enjoyed living in Champaign with the University of Illinois community atmosphere and raising her family here. She is looking forward to meeting new people, helping them with their real estate needs, and making new friends. Call her today and get started with your move!!
